The primary suite is outfitted with a comfortable, memory foam king bed with gel infused memory foam topper while the other 2 standard bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable, memory foam queen beds. Each bed is encased in bedbug and allergen protective covers and furnished with a selection of pillows. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, nightstands with power & USB charging docs and a twin roll-away bed (max 250 lbs.) stored in the closet. A port-a-crib is also available. BATHROOMS A total of three bathrooms are available. The primary suite has an ensuite full private bathroom. There is another full bathroom upstairs and a 3/4 bathroom downstairs. A 1 to 2 day supply of essentials are provided, including hand soaps, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, laundry pods and most of everything you need to have an easy start to your stay. Linens and towels for indoor and pool use are also provided. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is on the main level and is fully equipped with numerous pots/pans, utensils, appliances including an instant pot with slow cooker setting, blender, hand mixer, toaster and the ever-important coffee station with Keurig, French press and drip coffee makers. Directly adjacent is the living/dining room that features a 10-top dining table; stone, gas log fireplace with TV above the mantel; a computer/work desk and armchair/ottoman seating situated to allow a great view of the Smokies through the large front window. FAMILY ROOM Chill out in this relaxing niche of the downstairs level with twin sofas, large 53'' TV, a large table, books, cards, and other games galore. GAMEROOM The gem of the lower level is ''Grandpa's Garage'', a nostalgic nod to the rich automotive history in our own families as well as a nod to the many car enthusiasts who love to explore this beautiful area. Here you can kick back in either the power reclining sofa or love seat at the viewing perimeter of the 65'' TV, pull up a stool at the 4-top bar-height table for snacks, games, cards, or just good ol' conversation, or challenge a worthy opponent to a game of ping-pong, foosball or Pop-A-Shot dual shot basketball arcade. For some lower key activities there is a selection of puzzles and board games for all ages or head outside in the good weather to enjoy some giant Connect Four, Yard Yahtzee, cornhole or even jumbo Jenga. OUTDOOR SPACE The BBQ grill is found on the rear covered porch just outside the kitchen so that a great meal can be prepared rain or shine. One of the highlights of the property (and often the praise of many reviews) is the front porch that offers rocking chairs and bench seating with a full view of Cove Mountain and the valley below. Another favorite is the beautiful mountain-view bonfire pit circled by Adirondack chairs. And when the kids need to burn some energy, send them them to enjoy the 1-acre property.
